Testimonies:
For 15 years, I did pilates. Then I tried Gyrotonics with Julie and instantly felt better. The 360 degree movements open, stretch, and gently strengthen my body in ways pilates did not. I feel great! I’m 60 and believe Gyrotonics will help me maintain a healthy, active lifestyle well into my 80’s.

I have worked with Julie for the past ten years. I’m seventy now. When I began pilates, my goal was to maintain flexibility, good range of motion and preserve muscle strength.
I have tried to meet with Julie twice a week and all my sessions have been one on one. Over the years we have developed a close and easy relationship. Every session starts with Julie asking how I currently feel, which is truly very helpful as it gives me the opportunity to point out a new ache or pain that I am feeling. She never fails to work that session in such a way that my current complaint is remedied by the end of the session. If I have no specific issue, then she takes me through her ever-changing program of exercises utilizing multiple machines that best serve what she is having me work on. I have a minor cardiac issue that limits me in certain exercises and positions; Julie easily accommodates and is able to keep me comfortable.
Father Time will continue to chip away at our bodies, but I genuinely feel that the work I have done with Julie has helped to slow the process. At least I know I have felt stronger and more flexible, that my golf game is better and that I have enjoyed working with Julie for this past decade.
